This role will be responsible for executing remote upgrades and supporting LATAM customers, which includes:
  • Learn the company application/infrastructure and support their current installations on multiple LATAM customers.
  • Solve complex problems and describe them clearly to end customer;
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multi problems simultaneously with great time management skills;

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Computer or Electrical Engineers, or Bachelors in Information Technology / Data Analysis / Information Systems / Data Science.
  • English and Spanish speaker;
  • Ability of creating and executing MOPs, and building relationship with multiple customers;
  • Experience with Linux: Management / systems deployment / software installation / Issues troubleshooting (CentOS, Fedora, Red Hat…);
  • Data analysis / Parsing / MOP management oriented;
  • KPI analysis, network monitoring, performance degradation, health check;
  • Cacti, Zabbix, Icinga, Kibanna, Grafana, Excel user/manager experience;
  • Telecommunications Troubleshooting: 2G, 3G, 4G, IMS + VoLTE;
  • CORE procedures, protocols troubleshooting: GSM, GPRS, LTE and IMS: DIAMETER / MAP / GTP / SIP / ISUP / DTAP / RANAP, etc;
  • Scripting experience is a plus (Bash / Python / Perl);
  • ELK and Databases experience is a plus (MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2 / Redis, MongoDB, HBase);
  • Expert-level troubleshooting infrastructure in a data center
